What do you think these people are up to? They’re staff at the Siemens Factory in Woolwich taking part in organised physical activity back in the 1930s. The company organised all kinds of sporting events for its staff and then recorded them in the staff magazine. Siemens Brothers and Company was originally a German company. It was a huge employer in Woolwich between 1863 and the factory closing in the 1960s.

During the pandemic lockdowns, we have had to take exercise when and where we could. What have you been doing to exercise and keep healthy?
