A kitchen cabinet like this was a very modern thing to have in your home in the 1930s. This one was made by Easiwork, who had a shop on Tottenham Court Road in central London. It was a time when what we call fitted kitchens – where appliances like stoves as well as other kitchen essentials like sinks – were being integrated into kitchen units.
